Architectural Change Request Form

Please submit your request form well in advance of planned execution.

The Architectural Review Committee are volunteers and they often have to complete research, take measurements, see examples, and confer as a group.

They have 60 days to review (per HOA Guidelines), although they usually complete requests much sooner.

Please include as much detail as possible, especially measurements, plats, drawings, and color samples.

Regardless of the manufacturer you select, the installation is always:

"Slightly Off Set - Straight" fashion.

If you want to replace your roof with any of these approved materials, you are still required to complete and submit an Architectural Change Request Form with all the documents/cut-sheets from the installer.
